We strongly recommend checking with your airline to ensure that the Slab Case Goliath is approved as a carry-on before your flight or booking with that particular airline. Each airline has different regulations, and while our case qualifies as a carry-on for some, it may not for others.

Basin

I still haven’t received my case. I’m still battling with customer service to rectify my package being sent to the wrong address. Please follow up with a resolution.
Jonathon - While we understand you're frustrated, this address error was not created by our company. Giving us a one star review because the address was not entered correctly and you want us to send another expensive product out ASAP, seems a bit unfair. We did not create this error, yet we are willing to work with you and send out another product. This will not occur again with sending an additional product for your address error moving forward. Giving a company a one star review because of this type of scenario is not in line with what a customer should actually be reviewed for in terms of shipping an item on time, the item being delivered, and the quality of that item. This entire situation was created outside of our control and, therefore, should not be something we receive a one star review on. As we stated in our email to you, we will cover this once, but moving forward, we will not take on this expense.
Super happy with this case. Was a little stiff at first but formed to my slabs in less than a day. Just shows how sturdy this thing is. Holds them securely and rolls behind me perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!!!!!! Can’t wait to take it to a show. I went from a backpack and another shoulder bag and this will definitely save my back.
