Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer returns 6 months after purchase. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer without first discussing the return process with us. Please email us at help@zioncases.com 
There are certain situations where a full or partial refund may be granted (if applicable)
- Product was purchased over 6 months prior to requesting a return/exchange 
- Obvious signs of use
- Product was delivered damaged  
- Product is defective 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All returns must be returned before a refund is processed. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 5-7 business days, please contact us at help@zioncases.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your case for the same item or want to upgrade, send us an email at help@zioncases.com (All exchanges are subject to shipping charges)
